“Where breath goes, energy flows.” A regular breathwork practice supports cardiovascular health and respiratory function, helps detoxify the body, nourishes tissue with life giving oxygen, adaptively balances energy, decreases stress, and promotes overall well-being.
The effects of this practice can be immediately felt, yet the benefits accumulate over time when incorporated into a regular self-care practice, offering a return to harmony that becomes easier to re-attune to, even in times of stress.
